Charlotte just got a little spicier thanks to Bojangles’ bold new investment in the Queen City. The iconic Southern food chain has officially opened its brand- new, state-of-the-art Support Center headquarters in South Charlotte, reinforcing Charlotte not just as Bo’s hometown, but as its innovation hub for the future.

Located at 500 Forest Point Circle, the newly completed 61,448 square foot Support Center cost an estimated $5.7 million to build out and will now serve as the corporate home for 233 employees. Formerly known as the “Home Office,” the rebranded “Support Center” reflects a new internal culture focused on empowering franchisees and frontline staff…those who keep the biscuits baking and the drive-thrus moving. But this headquarters is more than just glass walls and good vibes, it’s a signal to the real estate and business community that Charlotte is still a magnet for regional and national headquarters.
